| Cystic Fibrosis Foundation |
| The official philanthropy of the sorority since 1958, it is the recipient of funds raised by chapters to support research to find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis and to improve the quality of life for the 30,000 children and young adults afflicted with the disease. In 1992, scientists described the gene, that when mutated, causes Cystic Fibrosis. However, a cure for Cystic Fibrosis has not been found. In appreciation of the Sorority's fundraising efforts, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation named a research fellowship in honor of Delta Phi Epsilon. Over one million dollars has been raised to date for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation through Delta Phi Epsilon. Join the fight against Cystic Fibrosis. |
